Happy I went here. I found out about this place through social media. Ordered the meal with the slider and the tenders. They made my chicken sandwich how I liked and the chicken was crispy, not to mentioned the zesty flavor. I’d come back!

🍗 tried the REAPERR 🔥 @daveshotchicken 📍 Roscoe Village, Chicago I LOVEEEE fried chicken so I HAD to try Dave's hot chicken 😂 honestly one of the hardest decisions I had to make was whether or not I would try The Reaper I'm so glad I did though because it was a roller coaster of an experience Dave's hot chicken started in 2017 in East Hollywood with 4 childhood friends & few hundred dollars. Now they have 100+ locations in 4 countries ! What I ordered -Dave's number 3 for $18 total: one sandwich (medium 🌶️ 🌶️ 🌶️) One tender (reaper 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️) -Fries 🍟 -Side of mac & cheese 🧀 & Added a large strawberry Oreo milkshake 🍓 (store manager's favorite) with extra Oreos! 🥤 Would you try the reaper?

I had an incredible experience at Dave's Hot Chicken! The food was simply amazing, bursting with flavor and perfectly spiced. What truly made the dining experience exceptional was the extraordinary service provided by Keenan and Ericka. Their attentiveness and friendliness added a delightful touch to the meal. I'm thankful for the fantastic service and the delicious food that made my visit memorable. Highly recommended!

First time ever eating at Dave's Hot chicken. Great customer service The young man at the register was very nice and approachable " from California to Chicago" I could hear the bonchinche from the manas in the kitchen and it made me feel at home. The menu is very straightforward I got the Dave number 4 hot It was cooked beautifully and the hot was just hot enough to break a lite forehead sweat and slite runny nose. The restaurant itself was clean and well organized. The reason I gave the atmosphere 4 stars was I was getting a strong cruising vibe from some of the male staff but mostly the male customers who all seemed to have to use the restroom which is conveniently placed next and exit/entrance way on the back side of the restaurant.

Every time I come here, I am always greeted and treated with top notch customer service. Keenan always has a smile on his face and has amazing energy. It’s nice to see someone working who genuinely cares about attending to their customers the right way. He is awesome. I definitely enjoy the food and service. Will be back again soon. I highly recommend this place.

Upside: they give you *food*. Period. The slider/tender/fries combo has made me quite stuffed, and it's spiced with a rub and a freestanding sauce so you don't have to stay nuclear if you order one of the hotter options. Plus, I drew one of the most animated cashiers I've had in a long time. Downside: not exactly cheap, but considering the quality and quantity it's a drawback I can live with.
